A Few Facts about Caroline's
1. Still locally owned and operated with the
owners on site and working in the business. Caroline will
greet you, Don cooks - very unique in the steak house business.
2. Caroline's purchases whole pieces of boxed
beef which is all cut at the restaurant.
3. All cuts of meat served are USDA Choice or
higher.
4. Caroline's works to keep prices as low as
possible. In fact, since 1987 their KC steak price has gone up
50 cents, that's it.
5. The price for lunch is still $6.00, the same
as it has been for the past 10 years!
We have many menu items, but
STEAK
is our specialty.
All Steaks are Controlled Aged for Tenderness and Cut Here at
Caroline's.
