Coleman High
School Class of 1975
reunites for 35th
Reunion
7/28/2010
Yes, 35
years have passed since
that wonderful day in
May 1975 when the CHS
class of 75 started on
their journey of life.
Many have had
extraordinary
experiences happen as
they have moved on from
Coleman. And many of us
that have chosen to stay
in Coleman have had many
exceptional things
happen as well.
On July 19, 2010, the
Class of 75 gathered for
their 35th Year Class
Reunion. This reunion
was in correspondence
with the Annual PRCA
Rodeo and all of the
events that took place
with that.
Many met at the UCPC
Church and rode on the
Class of 75 float for
the Annual Rodeo Parade.
There were other class
reunions at the same
time and it seemed that
all had fun
participating in the
parade together. After
the Parade, we all
gathered at the
Courthouse to listen to
the music, eat the great
hamburgers provided by
the Jr. Rodeo
Association, and visit
with everyone that was
there.
The main meeting place
for the day was the
Tillman Building located
next to the Coleman
Public Library where
Ralph Terry with Terry’s
Studios came and
photographed the group.
The day was a fun-filled
day, looking at family
photos, old annuals, and
getting reacquainted
with old classmates.
Hidalgo’s catered the
meal that evening.
Several stayed and went
to the Rodeo together
and some even to the
Dance that night.
A fun time was held by
all. It was a day that
everyone found the time
in their busy schedules
to come and spend some
quality time together.
That’s what this reunion
was meant to be, a
relaxing time, full of
fun and reconnections.
Everyone departed with
rekindled friendships
and a desire to attend
the next reunion in the
future.
Those attending from out
of town were: Becky
Wilkinson Matthews from
Brownwood, Jane Johnson
Greer from Marble Falls,
Brenda Smith Lagow from
Dallas, Molly Love
Walden from Ft. Worth,
Leslie Autry Midgley
from Austin, Dorothy
Allen Kellogg from
Virginia, Mitzi Sides
McBee from Sugarland,
Mario Gomez from San
Angelo, Patricia Hail
from Abilene, Ricky N.
White from Boerne,
Nathanial Baker from
Brownwood, a former Band
Director Mr. John Schuch
from Temple, and a
surprise visit from
Susan Hoffpauir from New
York.
Those attending from
Coleman were: Ella Mae
LeMond Mcmillan, Carla
Davis Berry, Lorrie
Jameson Payne, Joe
Tabor, Ricky Barnett,
Sherman Traylor, Mike
Calk, Ervin Wells, Sue
Hightower Dossey, Amy
Glasson Hinds, Cathy
Carter Hale, Darlene
Matthews, and Barbara
Graves.

dresses were
complimented by a
mid-waistline belt. The
girls were accessorized
by chunky multi-colored
jewelry and earrings.
The bride wore an A-line

beaded metallic lace
designed by David’s

neckline was beaded as
was the pleated bodice
of the dress. The dress
also had a sweep train
and the back was
accented by white satin
buttons. The bride was
accessorized with an
elbow length veil with
beading around the edges
and a silver headband
with crystal floral

The gazebo was decorated

Stone.
The bride was escorted
down the aisle by her
father to “First Date
for the Last Time” by
Todd Fritsch.
During the ceremony,
Pastor Mark Smith poured
white sand into a heart
shaped vase to symbolize
the importance of a
strong base in a
relationship and that
base being the couple’s
relationship with God.
The bride’s mother then
poured a layer of pink
sand on top of the white
sand, followed by the
Groom’s Mother pouring
blue sand on top of the
pink sand, showing the
individuality of the two
families. The bride and
groom then poured the
pink and blue sand in
together, allowing it to
completely mix together
identifying joining of
the two families.
At the conclusion of the
ceremony the bride and
groom and all attendants
walked out to “From Here
to Eternity” by Michael
Peterson.
At the reception guests
enjoyed a meal prepared
by the Coleman Rodeo
Cooking Committee which
consisted of pork loin,
salad, corn casserole,
potatoes, and bread.
After dinner, the bride
and groom cut their
cake. The cake was a
three tiered cake with
white fondant icing. The
different layers of the
cake offered guests
either white or
chocolate cake. The cake
was adorned with fresh
daises. The cake topper
was a groom with a
fishing pole with a ring
on the line and the
bride on the lower tier
reaching for the ring.
The groom’s cake was a
red velvet cake
decorated as a bass in a
pond complete with a
fishing lure.
The group then returned
outside for the couple’s
first dance to “I Do” by
Paul Brandt. The bride
and her father danced to
“Stealing Cinderella”
which during the dance a
slideshow of the bride
growing up was played.
The groom and his mother
danced to “It’s Your
Song” by Garth Brooks
during which a slideshow
of the groom growing up
was played. The night
continued with dancing
and fun for all guests.

Change of Responsibility
7/12/2010
To
all my Foxtrot Company
Officers, NCO’s,
Soldiers and Civilian
Personnel; I would like
to take this opportunity
to say thank you for
your hard work, support
and commitment to our
elite team. Your hard
work, and dedication has
indeed paid off, and I
could not have asked for
a more dedicated team of
profound professionals
to help me and CPT
Blackburn accomplish
Foxtrot Company’s
mission.
The responsibilities of
a FIRST SERGEANT consist
of many demanding
duties. These duties can
sometimes seem
overwhelming. However,
we were able to
accomplish our tasks in
a timely manner. During
my tenure as your FIRST
SERGEANT, I have always
tried to be fair and
impartial to my NCO’s
and Soldiers during my
Leadership. I have made
some good and some bad
decisions. Remember, I
am only human. As the
heart and soul of our
unit, I can say without
reservation that I have
given you my best and my
all during my leadership
at Foxtrot Company 2-43
ADA.
Michelle and Jonathan,
you began this journey
with me 8 years ago. You
two have been my rock
and support element, and
it is with great sadness
that the two of you are
unable to end this
chapter in our lives
together. LTC Wiernicki
and CSM Torres, CPT
Blackburn and LT Bonilla
and fellow First
Sergeants, Officers,
Noncommissioned
Officers, Soldiers and
civilians, thank you for
giving me your support
and dedication. As
always, the Foxtrot
Company 2-43 ADA and the
2-43 BN Command team
have always stood tall
and proud. Thank you
both for your pageantry,
expertise and dignity
you lent to my Company.
Today is not about any
honor being bestowed
upon the Jamison’s.
Michelle, Jonathon and I
are the ones who owe a
great debt of gratitude
and honor. Forgive me
for my service specific
parochialism, but as for
the Jamison’s; it has
always been about
American Soldiers,
Service Members, and
their Families!
Today is a day at
Foxtrot Company 2-43 ADA
that will end much like
a movie, happily
ever-after; the way it
is supposed to end.
However, this story is
about a young kid from a
very small town in
Coleman, TX who signs up
for the Army, gets
through basic, goes
overseas, takes charge,
makes sergeant,
continues to stay in
because he discovers he
“likes this life of
being a Soldier,”
teaches a new
generation, and then
passes on the torch in a
blaze of glory.
Hollywood has told this
story over and over
again with such movies
as The Story of G.I.
Joe, The Steel Helmet,
Heartbreak Ridge, Saving
Private Ryan ,and We
Were Soldiers, and it’s
always a box office hit.
You can’t change that
story. It’s an American
story. It is the
Jamison’s story. In the
movie version, they will
run the final credits
with the trumpets
blaring, the drums
pounding, flags waving
and a crowd cheering.
Well, on 16 July 2010 at
0930hrs, we will hear
the trumpets, the drums,
see the flags, and the
crowd. However, this is
not a movie. This has
been real every step of
the way! A journey that
has consisted of a total
of 31 years of service
to my country and
commitment to American
Soldiers! My duty and
commitment has always
been about American
Soldiers, their
families, and what can
we do to improve your
quality of life. Foxtrot
2-43 ADA Soldiers and
your families are what
kept me motivated to
continue to serve.
To this day, 31 years
removed from my
enlistment, I can
remember what it was
like to be that Soldier,
who was a private, and
E-1 standing in
formation where everyone
outranked me and knew
more than I did. I
remember being the
private who was totally
dependent on the
sergeant for everything
such as, guidance,
encouragement,
instructions, and a
plethora of various
other important things.
Even today, I remember
what it was like being a
private who did not get
a vote on anything!
This journey started 31
years ago. A journey in
which a raw, untested
private was put through
his paces in faraway
places like Fort Bliss,
TX. A raw private who,
when he reported to his
first duty station at
Fort Sill, OK, was one
of only a few who was
from a little known
place called Coleman,
TX, where it was not
uncommon to join the
service. Joining the
military, has given me
an astronomical amount
of experience, and it
has molded my Leadership
style. It has been an
experience that has
taught me to treat
others, as I would want
to be treated. This
experience has also
instilled in me to
always remember what it
was like to be a
private, and that it is
not always about
Leaders, but it’s about
Soldiers!
Although 31 years have
transpired, there is one
thing that has really
not changed and that is
the basic needs of
American Soldiers. All
you ask for is quality
leadership. Leadership
that genuinely cares
about you and treats you
with dignity and
respect, enforces high
standards, as well as
Leadership you can trust
enough to go to when you
have problems. The old
saying “they will care
when first they know you
care!” Was relevant when
I was a private and
still continues to be
relevant today.
To the many Officers ,NCO’s,
Soldiers, and their
families with whom we
have served, we say
“thank you” for allowing
the Jamison’s to be a
part of your lives. Our
only hope is that in
some small way, we made
a difference in your
lives. So, today is
about the opportunity
for Michelle, Jonathan
and I to express our
gratitude to all of you
for giving us the honor
to share in your lives
for the past year, as
well as those of you who
have served with us
along the way and for
the past 31 years of
military service. Trust
me, the honor has been
all ours!
It is with bittersweet
emotions that Michelle,
Jonathon and I leave
Foxtrot Company 2-43
ADA. We are saddened to
be leaving this elite
Company because this has
been a very special tour
for us. It has been a
great honor and a
blessing to serve in
this incredibly great BN
and to experience such a
unique Command Group
that is loving and
extremely generous and
dedicated to its’
mission. This unit has
truly become the
Jamison’s second home!
We will miss all of you
tremendously in Foxtrot
Company 2-43 ADA, and
the many friends we have
made and touched our
lives along the way. To
all of you, we say
“thank you!”
Captain Blackburn, it
has been a pleasure to
serve with you. It seems
as if I have known you
for years. I feel as
though we are family.
Sir, you are a great
commander, a true
Officer and a gentleman.
You bring nothing but
dignity to the position.
I could not ask for a
better Battle Buddy! I
have learned more in the
last year than I have in
the past 10 years of
service. Sir, Thank you,
and it has been a true
pleasure working with
you, and I hope to serve
with you again in the
future! As we have often
discussed, it must have
been divine intervention
that put us together
during this time and at
this place. If the Army
had given me a list of
all eligible Captain’s
for this Command
position of Foxtrot
Company 2-43ADA and told
us we had only one
choice, it would have
been you! Thank you for
the kindness and
friendship you have
shown to Michelle,
Jonathan and I over the
past year. We are
forever grateful.
I would like to also say
a special thank you to
SFC Garcia for being
there when I needed you.
Your hard work, moral
courage and dedication
over the last year have
kept this Company in a
high state of readiness
Thank You G. Thank you
SSG Rodriguez (P) for
your understanding,
willingness to excel and
reach astronomical
heights. Your leadership
and friendship means a
lot to me, Thank You
Rod.
Michelle, Jonathan and I
have truly enjoyed
serving with the great
officers,
noncommissioned
officers, and Soldiers
of this Command at Fort
Bliss, TX. Our great
senior enlisted leaders,
LTC Wiernicki and CSM
Torres are a true group
of professionals who
work hard every day
without complaining to
improve our service
members and their
families’ quality of
life. To them I say
“well done!”
It has been wonderful to
serve with the hundreds
of service members
serving here at Fort
Bliss, TX for the last
year. Each of you has
made me proud to serve.
Everywhere you will go,
you will meet great
service members and
their families serving
their country proudly
without complaining. You
are the true reason why
I have continued to
serve. Although you are
far away from your love
ones, you serve everyday
without fleeing from
your obligations. My
chest fills with pride
because of your loyalty
and dedication to
Foxtrot Company 2-43
ADA. To all of you, we
say “thank you.”
It has been an honor to
meet and work with all
the great professional
Officers,
Noncommissioned Officers
and Soldiers. Thank you
for your friendship,
warm hearts,
hospitality, and for
sharing your majestic
Command with me. You
will always have a warm
place in my heart, my
home, and I will forever
remember you. We
especially want to say
thank you for giving us
the pleasure of being
able to serve
side-by-side with you
and getting to know many
of you.
I would also be remised
not to mention 1LT
Bonilla. Thank you for
your organizational
skills and your can do
attitude that so
strongly supports our
mission and service
members here in Foxtrot
Company. I will not
mention all of you by
name because they are
too numerous and your
support has been
extensive. However, 1st
PLT, 2nd PLT, NBC Shop
Office, SSA, DFAC,
Command Group, Motor
Pool, C&E, ISE, FMT,
please know that
Michelle, Jonathan and I
are very, very grateful
for all that you do to
strengthen the Company
alliance and for the
support you given our
service members and
their families.
Michelle, Jonathan and I
would like to give a
special note of thanks
to the Command Sergeant
Major’s office staff.
SGT Franco and SPC Zeno
you have been a superb
S-1 team. You personify
the saying “NCO’s make
it happen!” Your
attention to detail was
exceptional, and it
allowed me to focus on
being the 1SG. Thank you
for all your hard work,
and it was deeply
appreciated. Continue to
seek out the hard jobs
and emulate the NCO
creed, as you progress
in your careers. To
those of you who have
served in my office the
last year: SGT Muniz,
SGT Ramirez and SPC
Copeland; thank you for
being superb NCO's and
Soldiers and for always
keeping our operation on
track.
I want to give a very
special note of thanks
to my mother. Mom, thank
you for always being
there and for tolerating
a son and his family who
has spent a tremendous
amount of time serving
the military at various
duty stations. I know
that I have not shown
the loving attention a
son should toward his
mother, but I promise to
do better in the
upcoming years. I love
you!
Without Michelle by my
side and her love of
service members and
their families, I would
not by any small measure
been able to succeed.
Michelle has been my
rock, my teammate, my
battle buddy, and my
partner. Thank you for
being a great Army Wife
and my one true friend
in life. Jonathan thank
you for your patience
and your unselfish love.
I have missed a lot of
precious moments in your
life because of my long
hours and service to the
Army. These are moments
that I can’t recapture.
Through it all, you have
been as understanding as
a seven year old could
be. You have been a
respectful and well
mannered son. I could
not ask for a better
son.
Last, but not least, I
want to thank my Cooks
for the outstanding job
you have provided to
this Command. I will
never be able to put
into words the gratitude
and generosity that you
all have shown. You have
always been there when
we have needed you. It
has been my experience
over the years that when
good people depart,
strangely enough good
people come to replace
them. In this case, CSM
Torres you have made a
great choice when you
selected 1SG Pants to
take Foxtrot 2-43 ADA
Company to a higher
level.
Best of luck, God Speed,

Moore Reunion
7/1/2010
Descendants of Sam and
Nola Moore, who lived in
the Cleveland community
for most of their lives,
held their annual
reunion recently in
Llano.
Forty people attended,
including two of the
Moore’s surviving three
daughters. Ruby (Moore)
Hartman, of Santa Anna,
eldest of the three
sisters, attended. She
was joined by several of
her children and their
husbands and wives.
Helen (Moore) Hawthorn,
of Crane, was there
along with several of
her offspring and
sons-in-law and
grandchildren.
The third sister, Doris
(Moore) Penny is
seriously ill in
Longview and could not
attend.
Joining in the
festivities were Richard
and Jay Hodges, of
Brownwood. Richard is
the grandson of Sam
Moore’s late twin
sister, Sallie (Moore)
Hodges. Sallie and her
husband, Passie, were
longtime residents of
Rockwood.
Guests enjoyed a midday
lunch of fried chicken
and all the trimmings,
plus homemade desserts
made by attendees.
A feature of the event
was a trash to treasure
auction of various
merchandise donated by
family members. The
auction raised almost
$2,000, which is used to
offset expenses incurred
to stage the event. The
Moore family also made a
donation to the Santa
Anna Cemetery
Association.
Attendees voted to meet
again in 2011. The site
and date of next year’s
reunion is yet to be
determined
Happy Birthday
6/30/2010
Instead of counting
candles,
Or tallying the years,
Contemplate your
blessings now,
As your birthday is
here.
Consider special people
Who love you, and who
care,
And others who’ve
enriched your life
Just by being there.
Think about the memories
Passing years can never
mar,
Experiences great and
small
That have made you who
you are.
Another year is a happy
gift,
So cut your cake, and
say,
"Instead of counting
birthdays,
I count blessings every
day!"
Just wanted to let you
know that I am blessed
to have you as a friend
and that you are a
blessing to almost
everyone I know. Happy
Birthday Lori Amos from
Missy, Destinie, Travis,
and Mia. We love you!!

Happy Birthday 17th
Morgan Schumman!

Reunion
6/30/2010
Thursday, June 24, 2010,
the Barnett's start the
invasion of the Abilene
State Park for the
family Reunion. With 20
members of the family
relaxing and having a
good time before the
others arrive.
We played games, talked
and walked the trails.
Did not take long to see
the deer and had a visit
in camp of a young
raccoon. This raccoon
was not afraid of us and
soon let the girls know
by going into their
tent. The raccoon was
soon named Joker and
would follow when
someone walked anywhere.
Brandy was not a happy
camper when she got up
Friday morning she let
us know Joker kept her
up all night wanting in
her cabin. Knowing there
were more family coming
and not wanting Joker or
anyone getting hurt we
let the ranger know we
had Joker in camp. The
ranger came and took
Joker away.
It didn't take long for
other family members to
arrive and the games
being played, the kids
going to the pool, and
the eating to begin with
Nell bring chicken for
lunch and everyone
bringing snacks we
always have lots to eat.
For supper we had hot
dogs, chips, and all the
fixings. Game were
played late into the
night. Saturday morning
and breakfast with eggs,
bacon, sausage, bread,
juice and milk. More
Thanks Randall and Ray
for cooking, games, walk
and talking oh and yes
Joker is back and he has
a friend with him. The
ranger comes back and
gets the friend but
Joker is too smart, he
takes off and hides. The
ranger set a trap for
Joker. For lunch we have
burgers with all the
fixings, potato salad,
salad, sausage, chips
and tea. Thanks Billy
and Ricky for cooking
the burgers and sausage.
After cleaning the games
are back out and the
kids are off to the
pool.
When we go back to the
cabins the trap is gone
and we guess the ranger
has taken Joker away
again. Saturday
afternoon we have a over
the hill cake for Nell,
she is the oldest and
just turned 70 years
old. We then had our
auction and that is
always fun and brings in
extra money for the
reunion. This year's big
sell was a family tree
made out of pennies,
made by Ray and bought
by Randall. Texas hold 'em
is another money raiser
for the reunion this
year's winner was Donna,
way to go Donna. We
rented the pool and that
is always fun for the
swimmers, and the non
swimmers too. The non
swimmers always likes
the peace and quiet
while the others are at
the pool. After swimming
left over's are out and
eating again. More games
and talking tell late.
Then it is off to bed,
and guess who is back,
yes Joker. Sunday
morning breakfast of
eggs, bacon, sausage and
sweet rolls. We all have
a good breakfast before
packing and traveling
home. With Joker
underfoot we get our
packing and loading done
and are head home. Hope
Joker finds his friend
and is ok.
New babies this year are

Wedding Announcement
6/29/2010
Miss Shaina Lynn Brown
and Mr. Brock Ray Kleman
were married outside of
Abilene, Texas on
Saturday, June 5, 2010.
The ceremony took place
at 7:00 p.m. at The
Meadows at Creative with
Chaplain George Frasier
officiating and a
reception immediately
following.
The bride's parents are
Terry and Renee Brown of
Coleman, Texas.
Grandparents are Jerry
and Linda Callaway of
Brownwood, Texas and
Weldon and Betty Brown
of Coleman, Texas.
The groom's parents are
Kenneth Kleman and
Teresa Paterson of
Lubbock, Texas.
Grandparents
are Jim and Gorgie Ann
McCormick of Amarillo,
Texas and deceased
Walter Kleman and Raymon
and Joy Fulenwider.
The matron of honor was
cousin of the bride
Misty Bloomingdale of
Abilene, Texas.
Bridesmaid was the
bride's sister-in-law,
Tara Brown of Shady
Shores, Texas. Flower
girl was second cousin
to bride Bailee
Bloomingdale of Abilene,
Texas.
The best man was twin
brother of groom Bryant
Kleman of Lubbock, Texas
and groomsman was the
bride's brother, Dustin
Brown of Shady Shores,
Texas. Ring bearer was a
friend of the bride and
groom, Garrett Burns of
Lubbock, Texas.
The matron of honor wore
a watermelon colored
short dress and the
bridesmaid wore
tangerine colored short
dress designed in a
flowing chiffon fabric.
The gathered bust line
created pleats in the
fabric, with an uneven
design that creates
interest on one side and
an uneven hem.
The bridal gown was
designed by
Michelangelo. The bride
wore a strapless white
satin A-line gown with
beaded detail and a bow
at the neckline with the
chapel train. The back
was accented with white
satin buttons all the
way down. The bride also
wore a long cathedral
style white lace veil
with sequins.
The alter was decorated
in white chiffon with
greenery and lights
intertwined around the
poles and across the
top. At the top of the
arch was a spray of
orange and fuchsia
daisies with additional
daisies in the greenery.
At the beginning of the
ceremony, the bride's
mother poured watermelon
sand in a glass vase and
then the groom's mother
poured tangerine sand in
the glass vase to start
the Unity Sand Ceremony.
During the wedding, this
Unity Sand Ceremony
captured the meaning of
their two lives becoming
one and it created a
lasting keepsake of that
special day. The bride
poured the watermelon
sand and the groom
poured the tangerine
sand in the vase which
symbolized the two
becoming one.
The matron of honor and
the bridesmaid walked
down the aisle to the
song of "Smile" by Uncle
Kracker and the song
that the ring bearer
pulled the flower girl
in a green John Deere
wagon was "My Big Green
Tractor" by Jason Aldean.
The bride was escorted
down the aisle by her
father with the song "I
Loved Her First" by
Heartland.
At the end of the
ceremony the bride and
groom and all the
attendants walked out to
the song of "Love of My
Life" by Sammy Kershaw.
The bride was given a
Lingerie Shower at Peek
a Boos in Lubbock, on
March 6 given by the
groom's mother's
friends.
On April 10, Shaina and
Brock were given a
wedding shower by the
friends of the groom's
family in Lubbock. Then
on April 24, they were
given a shower by
friends of the bride's
family in Coleman.
The country and western
rehearsal dinner was
given by the groom's
parents after the
rehearsal. The bride's
brother, Dustin put
together a slide show
that included a
collection of funny
pictures and movies
about Shaina and Brock.
At the reception, guest
enjoyed snacks and punch
before the bride and
groom cut their cake.
The bride's cake was a
square three tier with
white fondant icing. The
cake was decorated with
orange and fuchsia
ribbon around each layer
with fresh orange and
fuchsia daisies draped
on one side of the cake.
The groom's cake was
chocolate with chocolate
covered strawberries.
While guest enjoyed
eating they were shown
two slideshows of Shaina
and Brock growing up and
them together as a
couple. The bride and
groom had the
traditional dances and
then the donation dance
where the bride and
groom were given over
$600.00 in donations for
their honeymoon.

June 7, 2010 a piece of
our hearts went to
Heaven. The out pour of
kindness, support and
love has been
overwhelming. We wish we
could name each of you
but there are too many.
You know who you are and
so does God. Food,
visits, phone calls,
memorials, flowers,
cards and memories,
shared, have left us at
a loss for words. We
cannot express our
gratitude and love, for
each of you, that have
been and continues to be
our support system
through this difficult
time in our lives. So
many of you had a story
to tell and through our
tears, we smiled. He was
our Husband, Dad, Pappa,
Father-In-Law and
Leader. He taught each
of us, so much, by
sharing his wisdom and
knowledge and showing us
what it means to be a,
"True Man of God" He
taught us that hard work
never hurt anyone and to
help everyone we can.
Your, "Gifts of Love"
have earned each of you
a star in your crown.
How blessed we are to
live in a town like
Coleman and to have
special friends, which
live elsewhere, that
remembers this, "Amazing
Man" and sent their
love.
A special thanks to the
Coleman Fire Dept.
Police Dept. EMS,
Sheriffs Dept. Santa
Anna Fire Dept, Brian
Erwin and Drew from the
Stephenville FD and
Stevens Funeral Home.
The Awesome video shown
at funeral was made by
Gage Watson and all the
Amazing pictures were
taken by Michael Worsham,
Shirley Jane Rankin and
Bob Donovan.
When Raymond Carnes
retired from the Coleman
Fire Department, after
37 years, he wrote a
letter to his co-workers
which read:
Let us not walk to fast-
we might leave someone
behind
Let us not walk to slow-
we might hold someone
back
Let us all walk together
and be friends.
To all of you that made
this day one we will
never forget and those
who loved Raymond
Carnes, "We Thank You"
for being our friends
and walking, together,
with us.
May God Bless Each of
You and as he would say,
"Best of luck to you and
yours!
