High-Rise Apartments The High-Rise Apartments are for elderly, disabled, and handicapped residents. It is located in the down town area, close to the grocery store. All utilities are included in the rent, and comes with a refrigerator and oven/range. Also included are access to laundry facilities and TV cable can be provided for a nominal fee. Mail is delivered to and picked up from each individual apartment's Mail Box. The High-Rise is also close to the pharmacies and shopping. Covered parking is also available.

The Farm Home Apartments (South Ward) The Farm Home (South Ward) Apartments are all electric, carpeted, have oven and range, washer and dryer hookups, and have central air and heat. The water, sewer, and garbage utilities are furnished. These apartments are located on Colorado Street.

The Santa Fe Apartments The Santa Fe Apartments are one, two, and three bedrooms featuring all electric with central air and heat, refrigerator, and oven/range. The water, sewer, and garbage utilities are furnished. These apartments are located near Walnut and the Police Station.
